Purpose:
Translate district priorities into actionable plans that address campus-specific needs.
Process:
Meet with principals, instructional teams, and implementers to identify potential barriers such as scheduling, staffing, pacing, or competing initiatives. Co-develop an implementation plan tailored to each campus.
Outcome:
A customized, feasible roadmap that prepares each school to implement with clarity and confidence.
  • Goal Setting: Defining Measurable Success

Clear goals help campuses monitor progress and maintain momentum. This stage anchors expectations in evidence and set standards that drive achievement and usage.

Purpose:
Establish measurable achievement and usage goals that guide instruction and implementation.
Process:
Analyze assessment trends and subgroup performance to identify strengths and gaps. Work with leaders to define specific performance targets and usage expectations.
Outcome:
Documented, data-informed goals that provide focus, accountability, and a framework for educator training and progress monitoring.
  • Product Training: Equipping Educators for Effective Implementation

Strong implementation begins with strong preparation. This step gives educators the knowledge and confidence to use MasteryPrep resources effectively and integrate them into their existing instructional routines.

Purpose:
Empower educators with the training needed to use MasteryPrep tools effectively and consistently. We strongly recommend product training prior to implementation.
Process:
Provide hands-on, role-specific training tailored to campus needs, ensuring teachers, coaches, and leaders understand how to integrate resources into daily instruction.
Outcome:
Confident educators who maximize resource effectiveness and create cohesive readiness practices across classrooms.
  • Observation and Office Hours: Monitoring Progress and Strengthening Practice

Implementation support doesn’t stop after training. Ongoing observation and coaching help identify what’s working, address obstacles early, and maintain momentum through the school year.

Purpose:
Monitor implementation fidelity and provide ongoing instructional support.
Process:
Conduct classroom observations, deliver feedback through coaching conversations and documentation, and offer open office hours for educators to ask questions, refine practices, and troubleshoot challenges.

Continuous, real-time support that strengthens instruction, builds teacher capacity, and sustains implementation through every stage.

Each district receives a set of resources and deliverables designed to support instruction well beyond the initial rollout. These tools provide structure, alignment, and ongoing opportunities for progress monitoring.

Purpose:
Provide tangible resources that reinforce implementation and support long-term success.
Process/Deliverables May Include:
  • Scope and Sequence aligned to pacing and curriculum
  • Standards Alignment crosswalks
  • Data Analysis reports with recommendations
  • Student Boot Camps
  • Interim Checkpoints
